In all our time, maybe no watch has a better story than this GMT-Master that was a gift to the original owner by the President of Rolex in 1972.

This incredibly storied watch has a nice case, with good lugs and crown guards. The Mk1 matte so-called Long-E dial is in fantastic original condition with vanilla colour hour plots. We have replaced the hands with period correct examples that match the hours. The insert was replaced at one of the services over the years and is a blue-back version, but the red part already faded nicely the a pinkish hue
The Jubilee bracelet is a reference 62510H, fitted with reference 550 endlinks and clasp stamped ‘E 01’.
This great full set comes with the original documentation from the owner, in the form of a PDF boo. The watch has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
